Returns & Refunds Quick Overview:
- Return Period: To initiate a product return, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item. Following approval, you'll have an extra 15 days to send it back.
- Eligibility: Items should be unused, in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Includes perishables, opened media, gift cards, intimate goods, and specific health items. Our return guidelines do not cover clearance products, special or custom-made orders.
How to Return & Processing Timelines:
- Email [email protected] with product ID, order number, reason, and photos (if needed) or use the Returns Form provided on our refund and returns page.
- Await our response within two working days for the appropriate return address and further instructions.
- Once received, items will be inspected and the return processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:
For unsatisfactory items, defects, damages, or undelivered products, notify us through email or use the Exchange Form provided on our refund & Returns page.. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items refundable. Sale items can be exchanged if defective.
Exchanges:
For defective or damaged items. Email us or use the Exchange Form provided on our refund & Returns page.
Gifts:
Items marked as gifts and sent directly to you will receive gift credit upon return.
Shipping Returns:
